Therapeutic Horsemanship is a 501c(3) non-profit organization that
provides NAHRA certified instruction to children and adults with
special needs. GaitWay Therapeutic Horsemanship was started in 2005 by
Shelley Rose and offers instruction at several facilities in the
Our volunteers are an integral part of GaitWay’s program
and the reason it is able to operate. There are many opportunities for
those with and without horse experience to participate. If you are
